Construction Lab

In 1986 the Beharay Rathi Group introduced an in-house Construction and Scientific Research Centre for conducting R & D in construction.  CSRC also has a Material Testing Lab to test various materials used in construction.  CSRC was recognized by the Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India and The Bureau of Indian Standards.  In 2006 the ‘Structwel’ Group, a renowned engineering consultants from Mumbai has joined hands with the Beharay Rathi Group.  The new venture ‘CSRL - Structwel Lab (Pune) Pvt. Ltd.’ a 'NABL' accredited ( By Department of Science & Technology, Government of India ) with new idea & technology, is marching towards grand success.

ACHIEVEMENTS
  • The group has received 'C.M. Shah Award' for the best R.C.C. construction for project 'Visava Gharkul', Aundh, Pune.
  • The group has constructed first 'Mall' and 'Multiplex' in Kothrud area admeasuring approx. 1,50,000 Sq.Ft.
  • One of the pioneer in the residential project in Pune since 1970.
  • Beharay Rathi Group's Shri. Ramkumar H. Rathi was the 'Founder President' of 'Promoter & Builders Association of Pune' now 'CREDAI - PUNE'.
  • Shri. Ramkumar H. Rathi was a founder of 'Federation of Promoters & Builders Assocation of Maharashtra (FPBAM).
  • Shri. Ramkumar H. Rathi played a lead role in promoting and forming of CREDAI a All India Body known as 'Confederation Of Real Estate Developers Association of India'.
  • Shri. Ramkumar H. Rathi also formed 'Pune Construction & Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF) in 1983.
  • The PCERF is conducting the exhibition known as 'CONSTRO'.
  • Mr. Ashok S. Beharay is presently Vice President of 'PCERF'.
  • The Beharay Rathi Group is honouring the upcoming talent from the Architects & Engineers in Pune field with Beharay Rathi AESA Awards.
  • Since a labour friendly image of Beharay Rathi Group, the group started a 'Mobile Creche' for the children of the site workers.
