An eminent educationalist and founder member of several institutions, Colleges in Engineering and Homoeopathy and institutes of Catering and Computers etc. He was closely associated with numerous educational, social and cultural organisations through 'Indira Beharay Charitable Trust' named so after his mother. He was honoured with a Padmashree Award by the President of India.

Mr. Ramkumar H. Rathi [ B.E. (Civil), M.S. (U.S.A) F.I.E ]

A Bachelor of Engineering ( Civil ) and Master of Engineering ( Structural ) trained in USA. A pragmatic economics expert gifted with traditional inborn business acumen, he has contributed substantially to the growth of the Group. Played a major role in creating the Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation and organising under its auspices, the prestiged Constro Exhibition. Founder President of Promoters & Builders Association of Pune and the Past President of the Federation of Promoters & Builders Association of Maharashtra.

Mr. Ashok S. Beharay [ Bachelors of Commerce ]

A commerce graduate who completely shoulders the heavy burden of total administration and finances of the whole Group. Following in the footsteps of his fater, he has continued the spirit of social and environmental awareness; and has actively contributed to several activities on his own. He is elected founder member of Maharashtra Technical Education Society. Presently he is Vice President of Pune Construction Engineering Research Foundation and Promoters & Builders Association of Pune.
