Promoters & Builders Association of Pune (PBAP) is a forum to represent the grievances of Promoter/Builders to the Government and find solutions.  Also created a grievance cell to hear the complaints of Customers. Mr. Ramkumar H. Rathi was the Founder President of PBAP for 7 years since its inception
Mr. Ramkumar H. Rathi  also was instrumental in promoting state level organization known as ‘Federation of Promoters & Builders Association  of Maharashtra’ (FPBAM) and also played a lead role in promoting and forming of ‘CREDAI’ a all India Body known as ‘Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India’ . CREDAI is a forum to represent the Promoters, Builders & Developers of Pune to the Government Authorities.
‘Pune Construction & Engineering Research Foundation’ (PCERF) was formed in 1983 under the leadership of Mr. Ramkumar H. Rathi and some other like minded people from Pune.

‘PCERF’ conducting the exhibition popularly known as ‘CONSTRO’ exhibition. 

Mr. Ashok S. Beharay is presently Vice President of ‘PCERF’.  Ultimate aim of ‘PCERF’ is to establish a Research Institute in the field of Civil Engineering.
The Group has been honouring the upcoming talent from the Architects & Engineers in Pune field with ‘Beharay-Rathi AESA Awards’. This recognition generates impetus for creative thinking among the new talent in this faculty.
ACHIEVEMENTS
  • The group has received 'C.M. Shah Award' for the best R.C.C. construction for project 'Visava Gharkul', Aundh, Pune.
  • The group has constructed first 'Mall' and 'Multiplex' in Kothrud area admeasuring approx. 1,50,000 Sq.Ft.
  • One of the pioneer in the residential project in Pune since 1970.
  • Beharay Rathi Group's Shri. Ramkumar H. Rathi was the 'Founder President' of 'Promoter & Builders Association of Pune' now 'CREDAI - PUNE'.
  • Shri. Ramkumar H. Rathi was a founder of 'Federation of Promoters & Builders Assocation of Maharashtra (FPBAM).
  • Shri. Ramkumar H. Rathi played a lead role in promoting and forming of CREDAI a All India Body known as 'Confederation Of Real Estate Developers Association of India'.
  • Shri. Ramkumar H. Rathi also formed 'Pune Construction & Engineering Research Foundation (PCERF) in 1983.
